I have had a huge passion for fitness, wellness, and nutrition all my life! In high school I was a swimmer and later got into running, group fitness, and CrossFit. I graduated with a degree in Community Health Education. I am a certified group fitness instructors and teach various cardio, strength, and core classes. I am also a certified Personal Trainer. I have a huge interest in Nutrition and can make nutrition recommendations, within the scope of my practice. I love to grow and learn and teach people how to love fitness and living healthy as much as I do.
