Kids Group Fitness Activities
Sports Conditioning is a sports-inspired cardio workout class for building strength and stamina. This training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
The class is cardio class incorporates a variety of fun basic aerobic moves that can be done your comfort level. This class does not use weights or equipment. All the exercises are strictly cardio with moves such as jumps, spot jumps, burpees, and several other calisthenics.
