Yoga is a mind body class that helps you relieve stress, improves flexibility and relaxation, awareness of proper body alignment.
HIIT is a full-body workout that is designed to increase strength, mobility, stability, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and sporting performance.
Zumba combines Latin and international music with dance moves. The routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
Cardio Kickboxing: a popular training program that is a fun, action-packed workout combining martial arts, boxing, and traditional aerobics moves. You get a challenging cardiovascular and full body workout.
Abs & Core: this is an abdominal workout with a focus on core strength and stability. The workout will take you through a series of mat-based exercises focusing on all areas of your abdominals.
Strength Training: A full-body workout that is designed to increase strength, mobility, stability, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.
Basic Step: this cardio workout delivers results! In this up-tempo, choreographed class, a "step,” a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform, or no step is used to get your heart pumping to stay fit!
Stretch & Tone is a low impact, low intensity workout that will tone your muscles, increase your range of motion and flexibility, and help you to relieve stress.

Sports Conditioning is a sports-inspired cardio workout class for building strength and stamina. This training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
The class is cardio class incorporates a variety of fun basic aerobic moves that can be done your comfort level. This class does not use weights or equipment. All the exercises are strictly cardio with moves such as jumps, spot jumps, burpees, and several other calisthenics.
Strength & Conditioning: A full-body workout that is designed to increase strength, mobility, stability, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.

Motivation
There's strength in numbers! Working out alone can be boring and that's why many people quit out of boredom and lack of motivation. However, many people who attend our group classes show up exhausted from the ups and downs of life but as soon as they step a foot in our group fitness classes, with a friendly instructor and members, they become re-energized and motivated to stay on the path to achieve their health and fitness goals. A variety of our class formats will keep you motivated and interested, as well as give you different instructor styles, music selection, and interaction with other participants.

A sense of community
Achieve more by surrounding yourself with like-minded people! As humans, we are naturally social creatures who thrive in a true no-judgement zone community setting, where we can freely laugh, dance, joke around just have good healthy fun! It's been proven that people stay interested and stick to their fitness goals because of the social atmosphere and sense of community provided by group classes.
Accountability
We consider our group fitness members as family and we check up on each other when we start "missing in action." That's the beauty of being part of a group fitness program; you are never alone in your quest to become fitter, stronger, happier and healthier. We are here to hold you accountable and ensure that you achieve your health and fitness goals.
