We all struggle from time to time and need a good cheerleader to help us get to the finish line. Your Nutrition Coach will support and encourage you along way, as you hit those bumpy roads along the way and help you refocus or stay focused on the end goal.
MONITORING YOUR PROGRESS
Keeping track of your progress is the key to success. Your coach will organize baselines stats you’re your progress data and keeps track of changes. They will also be mindful of different factors that can affect your date and note which indicators are more accurate.
NUTRITIONAL EXPERTISE AND EDUCATION
Your nutrition coach will base their advice on scientific research and not on what the current news says because they understand how the body processes the food we eat and how energy is obtained from food. With this knowledge and understanding, they will educate you on how to make healthy food choices.
EATING FOR EXERCISE AND OTHER PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
Your nutrition coach will evaluate your exercise plan and recommend an eating strategy that is ideal to fuel your fitness activity.
